Gil Weiner – Personal Coaching for Executives, The Reality Creation Institute

I have been an active coach since June 2004.
I acquired my training as a co-active coach at CTI, where I earned my CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) certification. I am a member of the Chamber of Coaches and have been recognized as a PCC (Professional Certified Code) by the ICF. In July 2009, I completed a special course for senior coaches of executive managers in Israel’s local authorities, on behalf of the Israel Ministry of the Interior. I was formerly part of a company which was active in business coaching and combined modern business administration with a Buddhist world concept. I am a member of the Transcendental Meditation Society and have been practicing transcendental meditation and yogic flying on a regular basis since 1981.

I have been the President of ICF Israel since October 2008. ICF is the international Coach Federation.

I have an extensive academic background: I hold a B.Sc. degree and an M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences, and an M.B.A. degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship.

My ability to understand the manager’s position stems from my vast experience, both as a manager of a number of companies and as an independent businessperson. I have the benefit of many years of career experience in industry and business, especially entrepreneurship and management in the areas of food, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. This experience includes the setup and management of two plants – one of which manufactured complex food products and the other pharmaceuticals. I personally liquidated and closed down the pharmaceuticals plant. This personal experience in various management environments is one of the most valuable assets I bring to my work as a coach for executives.

Personal coaching, resource management, energy management, staff coaching, relationship coaching, business coaching, organizational coaching, general mediation, integrative negotiations, couples and family mediation, NLP , Master Mind and business networking – all these are approaches and tools which I use in my work with my coachees.

I wrote the “Circle of Being and Action for Reality Creation”, which serves as a framework for the workshops which I facilitate.

I founded and currently manage the RCI – Reality Creation Institute. The Institute opts for cooperation as a method and works toward studying, facilitating and leading processes of reality creation and self-fulfillment of individuals and organizations in various fields of business and society.

My clients include owners and managers of high tech, production and service companies, self-employed businesspersons and entrepreneurs in various fields.
